Victoria J. Roberson is a sole practitioner in North Chesterfield, Virginia.  Her practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and gift tax planning.

Ms. Roberson graduated magna cum laude from Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology.  She received her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1992 and graduated with honors.  She began her career with the law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before moving to Richmond in 1994.  She practiced with the law firm of McGuire Woods from 1994 through 1997, and joined the law firm of LeClair Ryan in 1998 where she was a partner until 2002.  From 2002 through 2008 she operated a solo Trusts and Estates practice in Midlothian, Virginia.  She worked as in-house counsel for SunTrust Bank in its Private Wealth Management group from 2008-2012.  In 2012 she co-founded the firm of Roberson, Shepard & Turner, PLC which is now just a solo practice.

Ms. Roberson was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992 and the Virginia Bar in 1995.  She is currently a member of the Virginia State Bar Association and serves on its Legislative Committee.  She is a member of the Chesterfield County Bar Association, a past Chair of the Board of Governors of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia Bar Association.  She is listed as an AV Preeminent Lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, and was named as a Virginia "Super Lawyer" in 2008.
